The top is 1 pound while the bottom longer end is 4 pounds, this allows the user to pinpoint where they want the weight.

Because of its sectioned, graded weight, smaller bodies can engage with just part of the pillow starting as low as 1–2 pounds of input. Yes! The Egyptian cotton cover is removable and machine washable for easy care. Just unfold the bottom flap and slide the pillow out.

The inner pillow is spot-clean only, it contains specialized vegan fill that’s sensitive to heat and water. Washing or drying the whole pillow may reduce its loft and shorten its lifespan.

That said, real life happens. When our home had a lice outbreak, I tossed our family’s Calmily pillows in the dryer out of necessity. It still works but it’s definitely less fluffy now. We recommend spot-cleaning whenever possible to help your pillow last its longest.
