Refund policy

Calmily is a small, independently owned brand, and each pillow is thoughtfully handcrafted in Upstate New York by an inclusive workforce that includes neurodivergent and IDD employees.

Because Calmily Pillows are considered personal care items, they are not eligible for full resale once used. However, we absolutely stand behind the quality and workmanship of every product we make.

If a manufacturing flaw or defect somehow slips through quality control, we will gladly replace it.

If your Calmily Pillow does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return both the pillow and pillowcase within 14 days of delivery for a 75% refund. Returned items must be clean and in good condition.
