Refund policy
Calmily is a micro-brand. Each pillow is lovingly produced by neurodivergent, IDD workforce in Upstate NY. Calmily Pillows are personal care items and therefore not resalable. Workmanship is absolutely guaranteed. In the rare exception that a flaw slips through QC, we will happily replace the imperfection. In the unfortunate case that the Calmily Pillow does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return the Pillow and the Pillow Case (each piece must be returned in nice, clean condition please) postmarked within 14 days for a 75% refund.
